Recap supports integration with Coinfloor via CSV files. Once set up, the Recap application will categorise all of your transaction history and calculate your tax position.

Beta Support

Please note that Recap's support for Coinfloor CSV is currently in beta. This means that not all of the usual Recap features are available for Coinfloor CSV yet. For example, you cannot reclassify your transactions. Recap will be adding these features in the future.

Step 1 - Locate/Request Coinfloor CSV Files

When Coinfloor closed you should have received an email from Coinfloor containing three CSV files:

  1. Deposits/Withdrawals

  2. Trades

  3. Autobuys

If you cannot find these files, you can email CoinCorner (the company that acquired Coinfloor) and request your CSV files:

Note: Recap are aware of a problem where opening a CSV file in certain spreadsheet editors (e.g. Microsoft Excel) can alter the date format without the user being aware. Please ensure that you do not save any changes to your file if you are previewing it in a spreadsheet editor before uploading.

Step 2 - Create a new Exchange Account on Recap

In Accounts click the "Add Exchange Account" button, then select "Coinfloor CSV (beta)" from the dropdown. Click Next and give your account a name.

Step 3 - Upload your Coinfloor CSV Files to Recap

Click the cog that appears on your new Coinfloor exchange account, then click "Import Coinfloor CSV" and you will be presented with the following screen:

Select the CSV files that you received from Coinfloor and then click import.

Congratulations, Coinfloor transactions are now in Recap.
