Bitpanda Pro no longer exists under that name. In June 2023 it separated from Bitpanda and became One Trading, a standalone exchange. It is a separate platform from the main Bitpanda app.
If you already have a Bitpanda Pro account in Recap
Any transactions you previously imported are safe and remain part of your tax calculations. Keep the account in Recap so your historic acquisitions, disposals and pooling stay intact; deleting it would remove that history.
Because the exchange no longer operates as Bitpanda Pro, the original API is no longer a reliable way to fetch data, so don't expect an existing connection to bring in anything new.
You may still see Bitpanda Pro in the Add Account list. Connecting it won't pull in your One Trading activity, as One Trading is a separate platform with its own systems.
Adding Bitpanda Pro or One Trading history to Recap
Recap does not currently have a One Trading integration, so the best way to add historic Bitpanda Pro activity, or newer One Trading activity, is with a custom account:
Export your transaction history from One Trading (or use any Bitpanda Pro statements you have saved).
Convert the export into the Recap CSV format by following our custom account guide.
In Recap, go to the Accounts screen, click Add Account, choose Custom, then import your CSV file.
