Inviting an advisor to view your account is simple.
Recap allows you to invite an accountant or tax advisor to securely access your account. You can grant them either read-only or full edit access to help manage your crypto tax reporting.
Sign in to Recap and click Settings in the sidebar to expand the settings menu followed by Sharing.
Next click the Invite Advisor button.
In the invitation dialog, enter your advisor's email address and give them a Name
Click Send invitation to email the invitation
Once your advisor has accepted the invitation, you will be notified by email. Log back into Recap and head to the Sharing page to Authorise their access.

Is it safe?
Yes. Recap uses end-to-end encryption to ensure you are the only person with access to your data. When using our sharing feature, both your account and your advisor's account are encrypted. You can read more about our approach to privacy here.
