Although it would be awesome if everyone loved Recap as much as we do, we understand that the product doesn't always meet everyone's needs.

If you would like a refund, please contact us through support or by email to help@recap.io detailing:

  • Your email address

  • Why Recap is not suitable for your needs

We may refuse a refund if we feel that a user has benefited from Recap's services, for example, if they have downloaded an acceptable Tax Report and/or received excessive time from our support team.
