The Members screen lets you invite colleagues to your accountant workspace, assign them a role, and manage their access to client portfolios.
The Members screen
Select Members from the left-hand menu to see everyone in your workspace. The list shows each member's name, email address, role, status, and the date they joined.
Inviting a team member
Click Invite to team in the top right corner.
Enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite. You can add multiple addresses at once.
Select a role from the Role dropdown and click Send Invite.
Owner: full administrative access
Admin: full administrative access except billing
Member: can view and edit all client portfolios

The invited person will appear in your Members list under an Invited section until they accept.
Revoking a pending invitation
If you need to cancel an invitation before it has been accepted:
Click the ··· menu on the right-hand side of the invited member's row.
Select Revoke invite... and confirm.
Changing a team member's role
Click the ··· menu on the right-hand side of the member's row.
Select Change role...
Choose a new role from the dropdown and click Change role.
Suspending a team member
Suspending a team member removes their access to the workspace and all client portfolios. They can be reinstated at any time.
Click the ··· menu on the right-hand side of the member's row.
Select Suspend user... and confirm.
To reinstate a suspended member, click the ··· menu on their row and select Unsuspend user.
