Recap supports direct integration with Coinfloor via read-only APIs. Once connected, Recap's desktop application will pull in all of your transaction history and set up a realtime connection to your account.

For your security and privacy, the integration with Recap and Coinfloor is a direct connection between the Recap app and Coinfloor. Recap as a service does not hold any credentials that would allow us to connect to your accounts. (For more information regarding our security and privacy standards, check out our dedicated article here). We also use end-to-end encryption to ensure that the only person who can see your data is you.

Coinfloor does not support the usual API key management and read-only permissions which are usual in the industry. It requires entering your password into the Recap app, which does not follow security best practices. As Recap uses end-to-end encryption, we cannot see your password. Please heed the security warnings displayed in the app.

Step 1 - Sign in to Coinfloor

Step 2 - Locate API Credentials

Head to your dashboard once logged in. Here you will see your User ID and Cookie (we refer to this as an API Key). Don't worry, the example below is fake data.

Step 3 - Enter API Credentials

Enter your User ID, API Key and your Coinfloor Password and click Next to sync your account.

That was easy! Coinfloor is now synced!
